Can I tag you in my photos?

Please do, and thank you! Tag us in your ride photos on Instagram or Facebook (@moto_club_hub) and follow us on the channels above. MotoClubHub is a small, independent app, so every follow, tag and share genuinely helps us reach more riders and grow the community. It is a huge help and very much appreciated.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app. Update it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Check your internet connection.
  3. Restart the app.
  4. If the problem continues, contact us at motoclubhub@mod72.com.

What notifications will I receive, and how do I manage them?

MotoClubHub can notify you about meet up updates, friend requests and rider-safety alerts. You can turn them on or off in your phone's settings. See Settings > Notifications for the full list and steps.

How do I report a problem or suggest a feature?

We'd love to hear from you. Email us at motoclubhub@mod72.com with feedback, bug reports or feature ideas. For a bug, it helps to include your app version (shown on the app info screen) and a short description of what happened.
