Is Moto Club Hub free?

Yes. The core features are completely free: browse and create public meet ups, customise your profile, connect with friends, discover rides, store a bike and an ID, and create routes (Spins). The core features will always remain free.

What is the Supporter subscription?

Supporter (€4.99/yr) is an optional membership subscription for riders who want more from their profile. It adds: the ability to change your @username handle, store up to 3 bikes and 3 IDs, set a custom profile cover photo, and a star badge ⭐ on your profile. It does not include Business Slots — those are a separate add-on.

What is the Verified subscription?

Verified (€9.99/yr) includes everything in Supporter, plus: storage for up to 10 bikes and 10 IDs, and a Verified badge ✓ on your profile. Like Supporter, it does not include Business Slots. Both Supporter and Verified grant the same access to Business Slots — the choice between them is about your personal rider profile, not business features.

Can I upgrade from Supporter to Verified?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time in Settings → Subscription in the app. The App Store or Google Play will charge you for the difference pro-rated over the remaining period of your current subscription.

How do I purchase a subscription?

All subscriptions are purchased directly in the app through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). There is no web checkout. Go to Settings → Subscription or tap Choose Your Plan from the app to see current options.

Is there a free trial?

There is currently no free trial for any subscription.

Are prices the same in all countries?

Prices vary by country due to local currency, taxes, and regional store pricing. The prices shown on this page are for the Republic of Ireland in euros. Your local price is shown in the app before you subscribe.

What are Business Slots?

Business Slots is a separate annual add-on subscription that lets you create and manage clubs, MC schools, and businesses in the app. It is not yet available — it will be purchasable directly in the app when launched. It comes in three tiers: 1 slot (€4.99/yr), 3 slots (€9.99/yr), and 10 slots (€19.99/yr).

Do I need a membership to buy Business Slots?

Yes. An active Supporter or Verified membership is required to purchase and keep Business Slots active. Free users cannot hold Business Slots. If you do not have a membership, the app will guide you through purchasing one first before showing the Business Slots options.

What is the difference between Supporter and Verified for business owners?

There is no difference when it comes to Business Slots. Both tiers grant identical access — Verified does not give you more slots or any business-specific advantage. Choose the membership tier that suits your rider profile, then add the slot tier you need separately.

Can I upgrade my Business Slots tier?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time in the app (for example, from 1 slot to 3 slots, or from 3 to 10). The App Store or Google Play handles billing for the upgrade within the subscription.

Can I downgrade my Business Slots tier?

You can downgrade only if the number of venues you currently manage does not exceed the lower tier's capacity. For example, to downgrade from 3 slots to 1 slot, you must have only 1 active club, business or MC school. If you have more, the app will ask you to remove some first. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

What happens when I reach my slot capacity?

If all your slots are in use and you try to create another venue, the app will show an upgrade option. If you are already on 10 slots (the maximum), no further venues can be created.

What happens to my Business Slots if my membership lapses?

If your membership expires or is cancelled, your Business Slots are not immediately suspended. You have a 7-day grace period to renew. If you do not renew within 7 days, your slots are suspended — your clubs, businesses and MC schools become inactive. Your slot subscription continues to bill during this time. Once you renew your membership, your slots reactivate automatically. You are notified at day 0 and again at day 7.

What happens if I cancel auto-renew on my Business Slots?

Your slots remain fully active until the end of the paid period. At expiration they enter a grace period before becoming inactive. This is the standard cancellation path — no immediate suspension.

How does billing work?

Membership (Supporter or Verified) and Business Slots are two completely separate auto-renewing annual subscriptions, each billed through the App Store or Google Play. They renew independently on their own anniversary dates each year until you cancel. Both are shown in Settings → Subscription.

Why do my membership and Business Slots have different renewal dates?

Because each subscription is billed from the date you purchased it. Your membership renews on the anniversary of your first Supporter or Verified purchase; Business Slots renews on the anniversary of when you bought them.

What if a payment fails?

The App Store or Google Play will automatically retry the payment for several days. During this retry window, your subscription stays active — there is no immediate suspension. If the retry ultimately fails and the subscription lapses, it follows the standard expiration process.

What if I request a refund?

Refunds are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play — not by Moto Club Hub. A refund suspends access immediately with no grace period, which is different from cancellation (where you keep access until the period ends). A refund on your membership suspends all membership perks and your Business Slots immediately. A refund on Business Slots suspends your clubs, businesses and MC schools immediately but leaves your membership intact. You will see a warning about this in Settings → Subscription before requesting.

How do I cancel or manage my subscriptions?

You can manage or cancel either subscription at any time in Settings → Subscription in the app, or directly in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the current paid period.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device, use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen to recover any active subscriptions linked to your store account.

What happens to my subscriptions if I delete my account?

Deleting your Moto Club Hub account does not cancel paid subscriptions. They are managed by the App Store or Google Play and will continue to charge you until you cancel them there. For this reason, the app prompts you to cancel any active subscriptions in your store account before proceeding with account deletion.

Why do you offer paid options?

Any revenue received, after store fees and tax, goes directly towards the ongoing costs of running the app — servers, third-party services such as our map provider Stadia Maps, and continued development. This keeps the core features free for everyone.
