What is a Spin (route)?

A Spin is a motorcycle route you can create, save and share. Import or export GPX files to use your routes with other apps and devices.

How many routes you can create depends on your plan:

• Free: up to 3 public routes (Spins)
• Supporter: up to 6
• Verified: up to 10

Paid members (Supporter and Verified) can also make a route private instead of public.

Can I record a ride as I go?

Yes, using Map Ride, found in the Extras launcher. Tap Start when you set off and the app records your route as you ride. When you finish, you can save it and export it as a GPX file to use with other apps and devices.

What is the privacy zone on a recorded ride?

A privacy zone hides the start and end of a recorded ride, so a saved or shared route does not reveal exactly where you set off from or finished, such as your home. You set how large the zone is.

How do I save where I parked?

Use the parking feature to save where you parked, so you can find your bike again later and share the spot with your group.

The number of parking spots you can save depends on your plan:

• Free: 1 spot
• Supporter: 3 spots
• Verified: 10 spots

A saved spot is removed automatically after a while (sooner on the free plan), and you can clear it yourself at any time.

Can I share my live location?

Yes, for Supporter and Verified members. During a meet up you can share your live location with other attendees so the group can see where you are. It is opt-in, you control when it is on, and it stops automatically a short time after the meet up ends.
