What is on my profile?
Your profile is how other riders get to know you. You can fill in:
- Basic Information and My Details, such as your name and a short bio.
- My Contact Info, if you choose to share ways to reach you.
- My Social Links, such as your Instagram or other social profiles.
- Your Riding Base, the town or city you ride from.
- My Garage and My IDs (see below).
You control who can see your profile with your Profile Visibility setting.
What photos can I add to my profile?
You can set a profile picture so other riders recognise you. Supporter members can also set a custom profile cover photo.
What is my Riding Base?
Your Riding Base tells other riders where you are based, just a town or city, not your full home address. It is only shown according to your Profile Visibility setting and is not used for anything else.
Can I share my contact details and social links?
Yes, and it is entirely optional. You can add contact details and social links to your profile, and use Contact Visibility to choose who can see them. Leave them blank if you would rather not share.
Can I store my licence or documents (My IDs)?
Yes. My IDs keeps your important identification together in one private place. Add your driving licence, passport, national ID, membership cards and other forms of identification. Only you can see what is stored here, and My IDs is always private.
How many you can store depends on your plan:
- Free: 1 ID
- Supporter: 3 IDs
- Verified: 10 IDs
This is for your own convenience and is not a substitute for carrying the valid physical documents the law requires. See our Disclaimer.
Who can see my profile?
You choose, using Profile Visibility:
- Public: any rider can view your profile.
- Friends Only: only riders you are connected with can view it.
- Only Me: your profile is private.
Can I comment on meet ups, routes and cafés?
Yes. You can leave public comments on meet ups, routes (Spins) and cafés to share your experience with other riders. Comments are public and visible to everyone; they are not private messages, as MotoClubHub does not have private messaging.
