What types of meet ups can I organise?

Any kind: casual rides, long-distance tours, track days, café meet ups, charity events and more.

How do I create a meet up?

1. Tap Meet Ups in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap the + button.
3. Enter the details (name, description, date, time, meeting point).
4. Tap Save.

Can I create a recurring meet up?

Yes. When creating a meet up you can set it to repeat, then choose how the series runs:

• Frequency: repeat weekly or monthly, including at intervals such as every two weeks.
• Which days: for weekly meet ups, choose which day or days of the week. Monthly meet ups repeat on the same day of the month.
• When it ends: end the series on a specific date or after a set number of occurrences. A recurring series can run up to 12 months ahead.
• Overriding an occurrence: override an individual occurrence, for example to set a different capacity or cancel one date.
• Deleting: delete a single occurrence or the entire series.

How do I join a meet up?

Browse meet ups in your area, open one that interests you, and tap Interested. The organiser can see who is interested.

Can I edit a meet up after creating it?

Yes. Open a meet up you created and tap the edit icon to change its details, date, time or location. Anyone who bookmarked it, marked interest, or is an organiser is notified of the change.

How do I leave or cancel a meet up?

Tap Interested again to remove your interest (or remove your bookmark). If you created the meet up, you can delete it from the edit screen.

How long do meet ups stay in the app?

Past meet ups are removed automatically about a month after they end (roughly 31 days), keeping the app focused on upcoming rides. You can also delete your own meet ups at any time.

Is there a limit on attendees?

When creating or editing a meet up, the organiser can set a capacity, which is the maximum number of attendees (up to 250). If the capacity is left blank, there is no limit. Once a meet up reaches its capacity it is shown as Full. There is no limit on how many people can bookmark a meet up.

How do I share a meet up?

Tap the share icon on the meet up screen to create a link you can send through messaging apps or social media.

How do I contact the organiser?

MotoClubHub does not have in-app messaging. You can view an organiser's profile, and if you are connected as friends you can see their shared content.
