What is the minimum age to use the app?
Moto Club Hub is intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, and you confirm this when you sign up. See our Child Safety Standards Policy for more.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. You can browse all public meet ups without an account, in read-only mode. To interact (bookmarking, marking interest, or creating content), you need to sign in.
How do I create an account?
Download the app and sign up with your email address, Google account, or Apple account. During sign-up you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
What is a user handle (@username)?
Every account has a unique user handle, shown as @username, which other riders use to find and add you as a friend. A handle is between 3 and 20 characters and can contain letters, numbers and underscores. Setting your own custom handle is a Supporter feature; see the plan comparison on our homepage.
Can I change my profile picture?
Yes. Open your Profile and tap your current picture to upload a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Open your Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This is permanent, and your data is fully removed within 30 days. If you have an active paid subscription, you will be asked to cancel it in your store account first (see Pricing & Subscriptions).
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email. (This applies to email sign-in; if you use Google or Apple, manage your password with that provider.)
