What is the minimum age to use the app?

MotoClubHub is intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, and you confirm this when you sign up. See our Child Safety Standards Policy for more.

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. You can browse all public meet ups without an account, in read-only mode. To interact (bookmarking, marking interest, or creating content), you need to sign in.

How do I create an account?

Download the app and sign up with your email address, Google account, or Apple account. During sign-up you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.

What is a user handle (@username)?

Every account has a unique user handle, shown as @username, which other riders use to find and add you as a friend. A handle is between 3 and 20 characters and can contain letters, numbers and underscores. Setting your own custom handle is a Supporter feature; see the plan comparison on our homepage.

Can I change my profile picture?

Yes. Open My Account (tap your profile picture), tap Profile, then tap your current picture to upload a new one.

How do I delete my account?

Open My Account (tap your profile picture), tap Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This is permanent. If you have an active paid subscription, you will be asked to cancel it in your store account first (see Pricing & Subscriptions).

What is removed (deleted straight away):

• Your profile.
• Your photos (profile, cover, bike, and any ID images you uploaded).
• Your garage and saved IDs.
• Your friend connections.
• Your club memberships.
• Your saved parking and shared parking links.
• Your notification settings.
• Your analytics data is also scheduled for removal from Google Analytics.

What is kept, and for how long:

• A backup copy of your profile and settings is held for up to 30 days so your account can be recovered if you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
• We keep a limited record of past purchases and subscriptions for accounting and legal reasons.
• Any meet ups you created are kept rather than deleted, and are no longer linked to your removed profile.
• Your @username is retired rather than reused, so no one can take it on straight away. It is no longer linked to you.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email. (This applies to email sign-in; if you use Google or Apple, manage your password with that provider.)
